UPDATE: Using my old method (Playing on Summoner's Rift) I now have Anivia.
Still thinking about it.
I wonder what makes the amount of IP bigger. Are better stats have influence for this? Or other map? I usually play on the Summoner's Rift and I need IP to buy Anivia.
